information communication technology engineering, not startups and products

Sabrina Wallace

Nobody has debunked her, and her answer for why is a question: is your internet working right now?

Sabrina Wallace steps outside in a good mood and a bad temper about the same thing β€” being harassed to sell products. Her framing is that she comes from information communication technology engineering, and that what she does on the internet is present documentation. She does not debate. No little green men, no magic man friend, no secret knowledge out of an abduction or a stint at some company or some military. What she says is on the table instead is market share, wide open β€” deployment, definitions, actual legislation, and who owns what. The only thing she sells is a t-shirt that says MBAN.

Most of the five minutes answers one accusation: that Sabrina Wallace cherry picks white papers that agree with her. She pauses to pray the Wi-Fi away, the way her husband Firewall does during his chats, and notes that everybody is still here. πŸ™ƒ That's the rebuttal in miniature. There are no white papers that disagree, she argues, because if there were, the internet would not be running β€” and there is no competing internet to run instead. The backbone under hospitals, water and the power grid is not an interface that goes up and down willy-nilly. All she is doing, by her account, is reading out loud what already exists and works, or what has been upgraded, which is not something a person can cherry pick. It either works or it doesn't.

Then she turns the accusation around on the people making it. Cherry picking, she says, is a description of their industry, not hers β€” test studies and calculated testing of a certain kind, run to prove a product, as a matter of practice. Engineering is not "look what I did, it kind of works, let me go get some tests and such." Her ask is that people stop projecting a startups-and-products industry onto the one she covers.

She closes on why she keeps saying no. She has explained the mechanical physics of why what she is being asked to sell is, in her words, fraud, and she does not see why it is her job to move somebody's free energy product. They are not offering money, and she says she would still decline if they were. She expects the "she cherry picks white papers" line to start circulating anyway, and this is her getting out ahead of it β€” because here on the channel, she says, she goes over engineering, and there isn't an AI out there that disagrees with a collection of white papers, some of which have been sitting in the open for ten or fifteen years.
