This morning we published a film about Andrew Tate going to court in London for
his accusers’ names — and being refused. Hours later, a Romanian newspaper
reported something we did not have when we cut it.
Three days before that film aired, his own lawyers filed exhibits in a Miami
federal court that HotNews.ro reports contain dozens of names of potential
victims and witnesses from the Romanian case files. On Monday the defence
struck its own filing — “because it inadvertently contained confidential
information” — and refiled the exhibits redacted the same day.

⚖️ This is an addition to that film, not a correction. Andrew Tate denies all
charges against him; no court has convicted him of any offence described here.
The striking and sealing are stated as docket events; we do not assert why
beyond what the filers themselves wrote. We have not seen the exhibits and
will not seek them.
